Falcons Dominate! 4 Players Make AP's 2025 All-Pro Team! | Bijan Robinson, Pitts & More! (2026)

In an impressive showing, the Atlanta Falcons have secured spots for four of their players on The Associated Press' 2025 All-Pro team, a recognition that underscores their standout performances this season.

Released on Saturday morning, the AP's roster highlights the talents of these athletes: Bijan Robinson has earned the title of first-team running back and second-team all-purpose player. Additionally, tight end Kyle Pitts Sr., right guard Chris Lindstrom, and safety Jessie Bates III have each been acknowledged with second-team honors in their respective roles.

This marks a significant milestone for Bijan Robinson, as he is making his debut on the AP All-Pro team after being selected as a first-round draft pick in 2023. Despite being relatively new to the league, he made a strong impression by finishing fifth in the voting for the AP Offensive Rookie of the Year. Notably, Robinson has also been named to the Pro Bowl for two consecutive years in 2024 and 2025.

Robinson showcased extraordinary abilities throughout the season, leading the NFL with an impressive total of 2,298 yards from scrimmage. This remarkable achievement places him twelfth in the record books for the most yards accumulated in a single season in NFL history. Averaging 135.2 yards per game, he surpassed the 160-yard mark on seven occasions. His standout performance came during Week 6, where he racked up an astounding 238 yards from scrimmage in a victory over the Buffalo Bills. A similar highlight occurred in Week 17 against the Los Angeles Rams, where he amassed 229 total yards.

In terms of rushing statistics, Robinson achieved a career-high of 1,478 rushing yards, ranking him fourth in the league. Furthermore, he also set a personal best with 820 receiving yards, which positioned him second among his peers in the running back category. His versatility was evident as he scored seven rushing touchdowns and added four more through receptions, making him only the second running back in NFL history to secure at least 1,400 rushing yards along with 800 receiving yards in a single season.

Kyle Pitts, another rising star on the Falcons, is also making his first appearance on the All-Pro team. He previously gained recognition as a Pro Bowler during his rookie year in 2021 after being drafted by the Falcons in the first round. In the 2025 season, Pitts displayed outstanding skill by catching 88 passes out of 118 targets, resulting in a career-best success rate of 74.6%. His 928 receiving yards not only led the Falcons but also secured him the second position among all tight ends in the league. Remarkably, he accounted for 25.1% of the Falcons' total receiving yards, again placing him second among tight ends in that statistic.

Pitts also reached a career-high by scoring five touchdowns this season, showcasing a consistent upward trend by increasing his touchdown tally each year since entering the league.

Chris Lindstrom continues to solidify his reputation, earning a spot on the AP second-team and Pro Bowl roster for the fourth straight year. The Falcons drafted Lindstrom in the first round back in 2019. Throughout the 2025 season, he was a pivotal force on the offensive line, starting every game and contributing to 99% of the team’s offensive snaps. Out of a possible 1,096 snaps, he remarkably missed just 10, achieving one of the highest snap counts among right guards in the league. Pro Football Focus recognized his efforts, awarding him an overall grade of 88.4, which included a 62.3 rating for pass-blocking and an impressive 91.7 for run-blocking. Lindstrom allowed only one sack, tying him for the lowest total among full-time players in his position.

Jessie Bates III also continues his impressive career trajectory, having been named a second-team All-Pro in 2023 after intercepting a career-high six passes in his inaugural season with the Falcons. His performance garnered Pro Bowl recognition for the first time in his career following that season. Bates had previously achieved second-team All-Pro honors in 2020 while playing for the Cincinnati Bengals, who selected him in the second round of the 2018 draft.

In the 2025 season, Bates made three interceptions, including a spectacular pick-six. He returned one interception for 34 yards, scoring a touchdown during the Falcons' Week 17 triumph over the Rams. Impressively, Bates has now recorded a pick-six in each of the last three seasons, establishing himself as the only active player in the NFL to reach such a milestone. This season, he also tallied a forced fumble, two quarterback hits, six pass breakups, and recorded a total of 98 tackles.

As it stands, all the players mentioned, except for Pitts, are under contract to remain with the Falcons for the 2026 season.
